Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

- None

Call for opens:

- None

ARs:

- Mike recover percent format specifications in spreadsheet.
  - Done. Will be discussed today.

- Mike add comments to CMPNT, DLY, MSPEC sections.
  - No new progress.

- Lance add comments to EBD section.
  - No new progress.

- Bob add comments to CIRCUIT section.
  - No new progress.


Parser development:

- Bob showed draft 7 of the IBISCHK6 parser development contract.
- Bob: We have added 3 new BIRDs, 175.3, 176 and 177.
  - We still have 5 bugs to fix.
  - Atul has not seen these yet.
- Mike: He quoted $2500, the new quote might be as high as $5000.
- Bob: It gives links to both the ibischk_61 page and the freelists editorial archive.
- Mike: Why does it say BIRD172 changes are under discussion?
  - That BIRD is passed.
- Bob changed this section.

- Mike: Does the specification require [Merged Pins] to be after [Pin Numbers]?
- Bob: Yes. The [Merged Pins] must not be listed in [Pin Numbers].
  - Also [Number of Pins] comes before the pins.

- Bob: There is a footnote that appears on every page.
- Mike: I can take care of that.
- Bob: We might not need it at all, I'll check.
  - There is a reference to Microsoft Windows.
  - SAE will review this.
  - We changed the reference to SAE ITC, which they prefer.
- Mike: Should we have one more review next week?
- Bob: It should go out for a quote sooner.

AR: Bob send draft parser contract to IBIS board and to Atul.

Message spreadsheet:

- Mike showed a new message spreadsheet.
- Mike: This needs to be checked for correct identification of unused checks.

AR: Mike post updated message spreadsheet and user guide table pages.
